Eureka Technologies, LLC founded in 2000, is a Maryland based corporation specializing in operation and maintenance management support; systems integration; knowledge management, including e learning and professional services.  Eureka takes an aggressive position on growth as we seek to grow by winning new business and positioning ourselves to do acquisitions that compliment our vision and improve our capabilities.

Our corporate strategy is to take an aggressive proactive approach to establish a true teaming relationship with our customers. The result of this is that our main lines of business can be complimentary. As part of the operation and maintenance services we often interface with data services. We are the first to know of new application requirements and can provide systems integration and security services.  Additionally, as we provide services to facilities both at base level and individual campuses our focus on safety will naturally include the impact of hazardous materials and other environmental concerns. Our knowledge management and e learning business is a new and exciting business area that is applicable to all of our business lines as well as being a major focus for the future.  To increase and quickly elevate our presence within knowledge management and e learning, we have established relationships with business partners that see our government expertise as a major asset in this arena.

Eureka is certified under the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program as well as the State of Maryland Department of Transportation, Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). In addition, the company holds a General Services Administration Group 70 Information Technologies Schedule.

This mission sets forth the goals and objectives of our corporation and is our corporate strategic document, providing both focus and vital information. This mission will be updated as we grow and realize further opportunities as Eureka continues to position itself to enjoy sustainable, profitable growth.   EUREKA’ stated goal is to deliver superior value.  This means that the focus is not only on revenue but also profits and customer satisfaction.  The objective is to increase profits and all the other elements of value such that EUREKA, the corporation is valuable.  We must constantly re-visit and re-examine our business strategy.  Rapid deployment of solutions at a competitive cost in a technically challenging work environment is a high-risk business model.  As we look to outside sources of capital, strategic partners, sellers or joint venture partners, the perception and the reality of a “valuable” EUREKA is a market differentiator.
